demux           added -x option to turn off history header (95)

histeq          rewritten as an ipw program rather than a shell script (93)

ipwman          added capability to find manual pages in contrib programs (93)

lincom          added -m option to specify min and max for output images (94)

mkbih           added -h option to skip specified # bytes of header (95)
